What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process.
- Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depos and mediations — and help us walk into trial with confidence.
- File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently.
- Ensure every detail is dialed in — because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven personal injury experience — if you’ve been a PI paralegal or a former bodily injury adjuster, you’ll hit the ground running.
- A solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws.
- Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel.
- Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment.
