About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Case Managers, providing vital support to help keep cases moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Request and manage medical and legal records.
Gather important case details directly from clients.
Verify insurance policy coverage and details.
Prepare, send, and receive legal documents and contracts.
Review insurance and medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
Support Case Managers with a variety of case-related tasks.

Strong customer service and communication skills — you’ll often be the first voice our clients hear.
A positive, proactive attitude with a teamwork-first mindset.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Bilingual abilities are required.
